Blistered shishito peppers are simple yet exciting - about 1 in 10 are spicy.

Heat Domaine Lachaal extra virgin olive oil over high heat until it smokes
Add the shishito peppers, without overcrowding them
Let them sit untouched for about 3 minutes, you'll start to see them blister
Use tongs to carefully flip them, blistering the other side. After about 2 minutes they should be blistered and wilted
Plate and squeeze lemon wedges over top
