Avocado toast on pumpernickel bread featuring Domaine Lachaal extra virgin olive oil. Try it for brunch this weekend!
Ingredients
Ripe avocados

Domaine Lachaal extra virgin olive oil
Pumpernickel bread (slices)
Grape tomatoes (seeded and halved)
Red onion (chopped)
Garlic (minced)
Cilantro (chopped)
Fresh lemon juice
Roasted red pepper flakes
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Toast slices of pumpernickel bread
Drizzle Domaine Lachaal extra virgin olive oil on top
Cube the avocado and place a layer atop the toast
Sprinkle toast with halved (and pitted) grape tomatoes, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro and minced garlic
Shake roasted red pepper, salt and pepper over top
Drizzle lemon juice and Domaine Lachaal evoo
